Refraction Fee

A refraction is a test that measures the prescription for eye glasses. Many insurance companies consider this to be a non-covered service. If your insurance company does not cover this service, you are responsible for a $60.00 refraction fee. Be advised that this is separate of your copayment.

Copayment

Your copayment is due on the day of your visit with the doctor. It is not our policy to bill for co-payments. A part of every patient’s agreement with their insurance company is to pay their respective copayments, deductibles and coinsurances. We encourage you to contact your insurance company for information about these responsibilities.
